Dottie Himes and her husband John recently moved here from Lewisport, Kentucky to be closer to their daughter and her family.  She heard about NNL through her daughter Teresa McGovern.  She is very interested in Genealogy.  In part of her biography she included the following:   "My hobby is Genealogy. I have learned so much doing genealogy and met some wonderful cousins. To my surprise, my family goes back to the King and Queens of England and to George Calvert, the first Governor of Maryland, so that has made my adventure very interesting. My study took even farther back to King Odin, in the year 275. It is a fun hobby, but so addictive, I encourage everyone to do their Genealogy but warn them ahead of time, of how addictive and time consuming it is, but it is worth it."   She sounds like a very interesting new member.  Let’s all welcome Dottie to the NNL.
