Advisor Ruby Gabelmann is our June Rose.  She has in attendance her husband Bill and her daughter Johanna, who has just graduated from King High School and will attend the University of Oklahoma this fall.

Carolyn Cutbirth, on the right, might win the prize for the most new members this term.  She brought Joan Keys on her left, who joined last month.  Joan brought her daughter, Paulette Mizes, and her friend, Kim Darnell.  Both of them plan to join.  But ... does Carolyn get the ribbon OR Joan?

Sanddollar Editor Marsha Baxter displays the Fun and Friendship award that she received from Sylvia.  It says, "A heartfelt thanks for diligence and expertise shown as our new Sanddollar Editor and serving on the Coffee Committee..."  We all thank you, Marsha.

Ruby gives a brief, touching talk about friendship, quoting what an 11 year old student (a fellow student of her son's) said at their graduation from Elementary School.  We are all reminded of the importance of NNL's purpose - Fun and Friendship.
