Vice President Karlina Perry tells about the upcoming luncheon at the Town Club on December 14th.

Several Prospective members attend.  Here is Jackie McDaniel, who moved here from West Virginia.  Instead of snow, she is greeted with our occasional rain!

Here are Dere Welch, who moved from Austin, Joyce Seitz and her guest and neighbor, Gretchen Rodgers.  Coffee Committee member Ava Obermueller is in the background.  By the way, Ava will be hosting the January coffee because Kathy Jacob's new home will not be completed by then.

Our fourth Prospective member is Janice Howe, who moved here from Florida.  She is sitting on the floor on the right.  Sharon had each member describe their favorite Christmas food.  Maico Sanchez (3rd from the left) describes a great "log roll" as she demonstrates it with her hands.  We are so thrilled to have Maico back after surgery.  Left to right are Linda Merkel, Dee, Maico, Carol Gigliotti, Sandra, Jennifer and Sharon.  On the floor are Susie, Terrie and Janice, while on the couch are Mary Ann Gray, Sue Morris and Nancy Campbell.

Jane Cheesman is the Rose for December and will be honored at the luncheon.  To her right are Julie Brower, Imps Chair Alice Murphy, Carol Allen and Linda.

Looks like she got $21.00.  That also means that we have another $21.00 for our Social, which will be March 24, 2007.

The Fun and Friendship award goes to Publicity Chair Catalina Longoria, not only for doing our publicity for 3 terms, but also for her hard work on the NNL Christmas tree that is displayed at Lacks Furniture Store.  Be sure and bring canned goods to the luncheon or to Lacks to be placed under our tree.  The winning tree will be the one with the most canned goods!  We won 3rd place last year and donated our prize of $50.00 to the Food Bank, the recipient of the canned goods.
