VIP Luncheon - October 2005
![]()

Kitty Lovitt, Joyce Seitz and NNL (almost) Past President Sally Galyon give pretty smiles for the camera. Margie Schroeder made the lovely table arrangements. They sold quickly as people wanted a touch of fall for their homes.

On the other side or the table are Pat Schotland, Kathy Salch and Barbara Wendland. They're planning another NNL Bridge Club. Anyone interested, give Kathy or Barbara a call.

Laura Larkin top looks lovely with the fall flower centerpiece. She visits with Pat Hirsbrunner.

Other table members are Marianne Jones and Gerry Shea and ...

Wendy Milligan, Marion Gholston and Gloria Waller.

Here are Billie Snowden, Anne Foster and Marjorie Abner. We MUST have that piano in the dining room again so we can all enjoy Marjorie's playing.

Mary Jo McNinch, Carol Allen and Ruby Gabelman get in a visit as they mill around the room.

Lena Maude Muellar sports one of her gorgeous purple dresses, which she actually bought for the Red Hat Society. It is good to see Dee Gregg, who was able to make the luncheon. We wish her husband, Lee, better health.

Ruth Miller (in the middle) wears a jacket that just matches the centerpiece.

Nancy Gray and Pat Schotland give big smiles. Nancy is especially happy because she won $25 on the 50/50 drawing.
The program was presented by students from the Drama Department at Texas A & M Corpus Christi. Excerpts from the play, "Still Life with Iris" were performed. Instead of the wonderful "Wizard of Oz" world, the girl and Mozart find themselves in the land of down under people, who never matter. For example, the football player is 3rd string and, as he says, being 3rd never counts.

Gloria Waller gets a wish fulfilled by posing with Mozart. She was the lucky winner of 2 tickets to the play.
